A tribute book primarily compiled by Charles F. Koester in memory of his wife Sylvia, who died in 1883. The book contains notes and obituaries written by members of the community in the wake of Sylvia's death. Tributes for other members of the community were later added to the book, including an obituary for Charles himself following his death in 1902.
