The Kansas State University Oral History Initiative aims to capture the people, traditions, work, activism, foodways and lived experiences that have shaped both K-State and the broader Kansas region. These stories help document not only life on campus, but also the histories of agriculture and rural communities, consumer advocacy and social movements, and culinary and cultural traditions.
